TapOnce Limited is the data controller for the information you give us through this website, our contact forms, our chat assistant and the phone.
What we collect: your name, business name and type, phone number, email address, postcode, what you're interested in (card payments, funding or both), anything you tell us about your business, and the messages you send our chat assistant.
Why we use it: to answer your enquiry and put you in touch with the relevant partner providers; to contact you about it if you ask us to; and, only if you tick the marketing box, to send occasional offers and updates. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry.
Who we share it with: the partner providers relevant to your enquiry, and our service providers (hosting, email). We don't sell your data.
Where your information is held: this site and its database are hosted for us by Railway Corporation. That hosting is in the United States, so your information is transferred out of the UK. The transfer is covered by Railway's data processing addendum, which incorporates the UK Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and by the technical and organisational measures described in it. Their sub-processor list is published at trust.railway.com.
