TapOnce Limited is a UK payments and business funding broker. The company was founded by Kay Parmar, who has spent more than ten years in merchant payments — helping shops, cafés, restaurants, online sellers and service businesses take card payments, improve their cash flow, and find funding to grow.
Over that time Kay has arranged countertop, portable and till-integrated card terminals, payment links and online gateways, and has introduced businesses to merchant cash advances and working capital facilities through partner providers. He has worked with hundreds of merchants on bringing down what they pay, speeding up settlement and making room to invest.
What sets the service apart is everything around the product. We take the time to understand how a business actually trades, then explain the realistic options — including what they cost — before anything is agreed. Set-up is quick, the support comes from the same specialist who arranged it, and we stay in touch as the business grows.
We are a broker and introducer. We are not a lender and we are not a payment provider: the partner provider holds the contract, makes any lending decision and processes the payments. That is the honest description of our role — and it is why we can compare options rather than sell one.
